Ready to party?  We are!  

Guess what I'm drinking while I write this post?  A Cape Cod Kiss.  It was one of my featured recipes from last week.  I wish I could give you a taste of it....sooooo good!  Mine is the sans alcohol version though (I still have mommy duties tonight).  Want to see it & get the recipe?  Click here.

Let me show you few things I liked from last week's party.

1.  My Turn for us shared her recipe for Easy Shrimp Dip in a bread bowl.  As a football fan, I'm always looking for a good dip recipe on Sundays.  This one has my favorite "cooking word" in it...EASY!

2.  Fun Home Things shared some of her home's January decorations.  I love the simplicity and elegance of this shelf vignette.  I love the cool (2 meanings for that word) color scheme too.

3.  We had several year in review posts submitted last week.  I love these because it's a great way to find new (to me) blogs to follow.  I found The Ironstone Nest!  Take a look at some of her most popular posts.  

4.  Here is another one that I liked:  the top five 2012 posts from Creative Country Mom's.  I picked my favorite....the pink picket fence bench!
