I think I need to start a bird board on my Pinterest page because I pin everything about birds. When I saw this, I died. I had to copy it.
Then I saw this. And I died again.
Here she is surrounded by some of my other bird stuff.
I just love a little birdie Christmas. Happy first day of December everyone!

Cute! You have inspired me to dig for some birdcages to go with my Christmas! I'm now a new follower
ReplyDeleteI love me some birds. And I DO have a bird Pinterest board! lol I have a metal bird cage that also is normally empty and I was just lookin' at it after seeing your pin and the wheels were a turnin'. I dug out a string of lights, but they had white cord and my cage is dark. Durn. It's on my list of things to accomplish. :o)
ReplyDeleteFabulous cage, I'd love to find one around here! Great inspiration a birdy C'mas too! Hugs, FABBY

Love the bird cage. Blessings, Martha
ReplyDeleteBecause of the short length and because netting is stiffer than tulle, creating the effect you want when making a birdcage veil can be trickier than when making a regular veil. For this reason, purchase Cheap Bird Cage Veils and plan to make one or two trial runs before the veil is perfect.
ReplyDeleteGreat bird cage! I'm so behind in decorating! :)
ReplyDeletethanks for sharing at catch as catch can!

Very few things can liven up a room like an antique brass bird cage . Although you most likely wouldn't want to use it to house your pet parakeet due to the fact that many of these cages are not only fragile, but they are quite valuable.
ReplyDeleteA good quality african grey parrot cage is around $2,000 - get the best you possibly can because this is not something you want to replace frequently.
