My guest bathroom was recently remodeled and what did it get? Yes, a vinyl decal! A tree for the wall and a cute little mini tree that I stuck on a plate. The plate was my husband's favorite plate to eat on so I had to be sneaky and grab it out of the dishwasher before he could use it again.
(the wall color of this room is really the same...just VERY bad lighting)
Hubs had a fit when he found out that I wanted to hang it on the wall. WHAT THE #*%$ !!!!!!!!! It wasn't pretty. He thought I had lost my mind...again.
Whatever.....I hate it when men only see the function of things.
This is my pretty birdcage decal in my breakfast room window. I have more of them but I haven't decided where to put them yet.
I've had this Nest decal for awhile now. I bought it from an etsy shop, mytreehousetreasures, to put in my new "me" corner of my kitchen. It's going to be my "place of retreat". Well, at least one of them. I'm still working on getting it finished. My oldest son thinks I've lost it too.
Whatever.
I've decided to make some Christmas presents this year for family and friends. Hmmm, maybe something with.....vinyl decals! Ha, yes, I'm obsessed.
I recently shopped the new House of Smith's Designs shop. It is WON-DER-FUL! A vinyl addict's dream. Shelley Smith, of the House of Smith's blog, has exceptional design talent and based her shop on the design and decor of her gorgeous home. As soon as I read about the new shop, I knew that's where I wanted to start my Christmas shopping. The website is VERY easy to navigate and purchase from. Nice design! I did have one problem though. I loved everything so much that I wanted something for ME. I resisted temptation on this visit but I won't on the next one.
When I get those gifts made, I'm gonna want to show them off so you'll hear more about my vinyl addiction in the future. I know you can't wait.

Wow, that's an honest to goodness collection! The sneaking of the plate is hilarious. Men just don't get it, do they? :o)
ReplyDeleteI will not go to the website. I know me and me has no business - or money - to be visiting such places. Trouble!
Nice work you did on plat while printing vinyl stickers. Being housewife, i would say it is the best practice you did through your skills which is really a good fortune and i recommend to read every house and this could be the best technique for advertising your product or services when you will engage the housewives while conducting events.
